  •  What material do you use for the yard glass, wine glass and other cups?
    Only food-grade material is used. It can be PET, PVC, PETG, PP, PE, PS and tritan. Normally PET and PVC will used for yard glass. Tritan and PET will used for wine glass. Now we are also developing new technology by using greener materials: PLA (corn-starch, sugar cane bagasse), bamboo fiber, wheat straw.
  •  What tests can you pass?
    Our products can pass food-grade, FDA and LFGB tests by Intertek and SGS.
  •  What factory audits do you have?
    We have BSCI, Merlin audit and Disney FAMA, etc.
  •  How many models do you have in total?
    Currently we have more than 100 models and styles including: A. Yard ( yard cups, yard glass, slush yards, ice blast yards, twin cups, twisted cups, sipper cups, half yards of ale, beer boots, beer yard cups, LED yard cups) B.   •  Product applications?

  •  What kind of printing do you use?
    Silk screen printing, heat transferring printing, offset printing, pad printing and sleeve printing UV printing are available.

  •  What’s your MOQ? Can you sell small quantity?
    For cups, usually MOQ is 2000pcs. Please check with us for inventory for smaller quantity.
  •  How can I get samples?
    Please contact us online. Or call us directly. A fresh customer is requested to pay sample fee and courier freight. Sample fee is refundable with order.
  •  How do I pay for sample fee and courier cost?
    Paypal /Western Union/TT are all acceptable.
  •  What’s your lead time for samples and mass production?
    A. Existing samples: 2 days. B. Branding samples: 7 -10days. C. Mass production: 30 days after sample approval within 100,000pcs.ord D. Rush order can be arranged for VIP customers.
  •  Can you offer delivery to my country?
    Yes, terms FOB China, CFR prices, DDU and DDP are available. We have very good relationship with forwarders to get good service as well as good shipping freight rates.
  •  What is your payment terms？
    A. T/T: 30% in advance with PI, 70% balance before shipment. B. L/C at sight. C. Other terms negotiable.
